The magicolor 4690MF and magicolor 4695MF are ideal colour all-in-ones that combine efficient copying, printing, faxing, scanning and email functions in a single system, eliminating the need for costly and bulky multiple devices. With highspeed technology, a smart and sturdy design and standard duplexer plus Automatic Duplex Document Feeder (ADDF) they are the perfect economical and efficient all-in-ones for any busy office or single user such as freelancers or independent business users. Efficient printing and copying – With up to 24 pages per minute in colour or black and white, the magicolor 4690MF and magicolor 4695MF handle all of the printing and copying requirements in the office, producing reports, presentations, business cards and more. Equipped with a high-speed network connection via 10-Base-T/100-Base-TX Ethernet or USB 2.0 port (4690MF) and 1000-Base-T Gigabit Ethernet (4695MF), these multifunction printers are flexible, productive and versatile. Extra printing versatility and convenience – The magicolor 4695MF offers additional PCL6 and PostScript 3 capabilities and can be optionally upgraded to the new Windows XPS standard. With Gigabit Ethernet as the standard interface, the magicolor 4695MF is equipped to handle your future networking requirements too. You can also benefit from instant printing with a direct USB printing option for PDF, TIFF, JPEG and XPS files. High-speed faxing – The ECM/Super G3 capability makes the magicolor 4690MF and magicolor 4695MF very efficient faxes, enabling you to send and receive documents at high-speed. The convenient PC fax driver allows sending documents straight from the PC without printing them first. Versatile scanning – The magicolor 4690MF and magicolor 4695MF are fast and flexible scanners with a processing speed of 24 originals per minute. Enhanced network scan functions include Scan-to-email, Scan-to-FTP and Scan-to-SMB as well as TWAIN and WIA scans with PDF, JPEG and TIFF available as file formats. The convenient Scan-to-USB memory also enables storing scans directly on a USB stick. Impressive quality – Using Simitri® HD toner the magicolor 4690MF and magicolor 4695MF produce consistently high quality prints. The enhanced contone resolution of up to 2,400 x 600 dpi for the magicolor 4690MF and PhotoART-9600TM (600 x 600 dpi x 4 bit) for the magicolor 4695MF are further improved by an attractive matt finish to produce documents with an outstanding print quality. Economical printing – Auto Colour Recognition ensures that colour toner is only used where actually required, and the efficient Toner Save Mode helps save up to 50 % toner when printing drafts or internal documents.
